 What are your holiday shipping cut offs?

Although we cannot guarantee delivery dates, we can make recommendations. Select USPS First Class or Priority shipping when you order by 12/9, and UPS Ground shipping by 12/15 for a 12/23 delivery. 

What is the standard shipping policy?

We currently offer four shipping options: USPS First Class, USPS Priority, UPS Ground and Expedited (for an additional fee). Please allow 2 business days (not including Saturday & Sunday) for your order to be processed prior to shipping. Email us at customerservice@freelyadorned.com if you'd like to inquire about expedited shipping additional fee. We are not responsible for packages that are lost, missing, or delivered to the incorrect address. Please ensure that your address is correct when placing your order and that you will be available to receive your order upon delivery. At this time we only ship to the United States.

What are processing times?

Orders are processed, shipped, and delivered Monday through Friday only. Orders are not processed, shipped or delivered on U.S. national holidays. All orders placed on Saturday, Sunday, or on a U.S. national holiday will be processed the following business day.

 How will my order be shipped?

All orders with be shipped via USPS First Class, USPS Priority, or UPS Ground (pending your selected option during checkout). 

How long will it take for my order to be shipped?

USPS Priority/UPS Ground service includes tracking and delivery in 2-3 business days. USPS First Class service includes delivery in 1-5 business days. Please keep in mind that the shipping timeline is not guaranteed until your order is processed, but Freely Adorned will communicate with all customers if there are processing or shipping delays.

Do you offer international shipping?

At this time Freely Adorned only ships domestically in the United States.

Can I submit a coupon code after I've submitted my order?

Unfortunately, this is not an option. Please be sure to enter an active coupon code during checkout to ensure the discount is applied to your cart. If you run into any challenges using your active promo code, email us at customerservice@freelyadorned.com.  

Do you accept returns?

Given the nature of hair products and hygiene requirements, all sales are final. If you have any questions prior to placing an order, contact us at customerservice@freelyadorned.com. If your delivery arrives broken/damaged please also email us at customerservice@freelyadorned.com.

What are your ear jewels made of?

Information about each earring product is listed in the description section. 

Also, it is best to limit perfume, body lotion, hairspray or any other chemical that may harm the shine of the metal. We encourage you to avoid wearing our ear jewels in the shower or to sleep, etc. Doing so prevents tarnishing from occurring. 

Are your earrings for pierced ears?

At this time all our earrings are for pierced ears only.
